Join us as we host The Summertown Aristologist takeover here at Babyface Kitchen. Anton Von Klopper of Lucy Margaux and Commune of Buttons by Jasper Button are critically acclaimed wine producers from Adelaide Hills. Anton and Jasper together are inextricably linked with the natural wine movement in Australia and a greater movement towards handpicked, naturally fermented and minimal intervention wines of exceptional quality. They both are the voices of change in the Australian industry and have been elemental in the shift of international perception of Australian wine.

Andrew Burns chef/proprietor will be creating a 6 course sharing menu whilst collaborating with produce direct from Anton’s and Jasper farm located in Summertown at The Aristologist.

TOM SHOBBROOCK

We are delighted to announce Tom Shobbrook, the guru of the natural wine movement in Australia, is taking over Babyface Kitchen for a night of delicious wine and food!

Tom who is an International superstar makes wines at Seppeltsfield, in the Barossa Valley. Natural wines, made by hand from organic and biodynamically grown fruit.

A nine hectare vineyard nestled in his little valley just south of the old Seppeltsfield winery, with plantings of Riesling, Semillon, Syrah, Shiraz, Merlot and Mourvèdre spread over terra rossa and deep alluvial schist.

Tom will be bringing an array of wines and vintages for us to pair with a very exciting menu. We cannot wait.
