We are delighted to announce Tom Shobbrook, the guru of the natural wine movement in Australia, is taking over Babyface Kitchen for a night of delicious wine and food!
Tom who is an International superstar makes wines at Seppeltsfield, in the Barossa Valley. Natural wines, made by hand from organic and biodynamically grown fruit.
A nine hectare vineyard nestled in his little valley just south of the old Seppeltsfield winery, with plantings of Riesling, Semillon, Syrah, Shiraz, Merlot and Mourvèdre spread over terra rossa and deep alluvial schist.
Tom will be bringing an array of wines and vintages for us to pair with a very exciting menu. We cannot wait.
